For what purposes will we use your personal data?
The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request:
Primary Purpose: Sale of products and services that you request or contract with us.
In addition, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with better service:
Secondary Purpose: To generate a profile of your consumption of products and/or services for marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes, or production logistics purposes.

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, we will use the following personal data: Full name or company name; fiscal address; delivery address; company infrastructure; name, email and telephone number of the purchasing and accounts payable contact; form of payment.
In addition to the personal data mentioned above, for the purposes informed in this privacy notice we will not use personal data considered as sensitive.
Note: Sensitive data are considered those that describe the religion you practice, the political party you are a member of or sympathize with.
With whom do we share your personal information and for what purposes?
We inform you that your personal data is shared within the country with the following persons, companies, organizations and authorities other than us, for the following purposes:

Tax Administration Service To comply with Article 29 of the Federal Tax Code regarding the obligation to issue tax receipts for the acts or activities they perform, for the income they receive or for the withholdings of taxes they make, taxpayers must issue them through digital documents through the Tax Administration Service's website. Persons acquiring goods, enjoying their temporary use or enjoyment, receiving services or those to whom taxes have been withheld must request the respective digital tax receipt through the Internet.
How can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?
You have the right to know what personal information we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of the use we make of it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided in the regulations (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit a letter to the Telemarketing Department. The Telemarketing Department will contact the Sales Department, who will respond within three business days. The contact details of the person or department that will process requests for the exercise of ARCO rights, as well as answer any questions you may have regarding the processing of your information, are as follows:

How can you revoke your consent to the use of your personal data?
You may revoke the consent, if any, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to note that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we may need to continue processing your personal data. In order for you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, we offer you the following means:
Send an e-mail to the following address: atencion@ipm.mx requesting that your personal data not be processed for marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes by us, or for production logistics purposes.
Register in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, so that your personal data will not be used to receive advertising or promotions of goods or services companies. How can you find out about changes to this privacy notice?
This privacy notice may be modified, changed or updated due to new legal requirements; our own needs for the products or services we offer; our privacy practices; changes in our business model; or other causes.
We commit ourselves to keep you informed about the changes that this privacy notice may undergo, through an e-mail with the new Privacy Notice attached.
